We only source the best coffee beans from around the world to share with you.

Our freshly roasted beans are available the following sizes:

  • 250 grams
  • 500 grams
  • 1 kilogram

We price our coffee by the kilogram, that means if you buy 250 grams you only pay for 250 grams – no mark up for smaller sizes.

We call it Our Fair Price Policy.

Plus, you can choose to have your coffee delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly and save 10% on every order. 

We dispatch same day for orders made before midday.

For orders made after midday or on Sunday we dispatch the next day

Part of our Fair Price Policy, delivery charges are as follows:

  • Free standard postage for all orders over $99
  • $9.90 Flat Rate Australia Post 
  • $19.90 Flat Rate Express Post for next business day delivery to most areas

Under normal circumstances Australia Post aim for:

Standard Delivery: 
– Melbourne/Victoria: 2–5 business days
– Interstate: 3–6 business days
> $9.90 or Free for all orders over $99

Express Post: 
– Melbourne/Victoria: 1- 2 business days
– Interstate: 1- 3 business days
> $19.90

You will be charged for your first order, with your first order.

We roast and ship your beans fresh on the same day for orders placed before 2pm, or the next day for orders placed after 2pm.

You will be charged again the day before your next delivery is due.

An email will be sent when the payment has been received so you know your delivery isn’t far away.

You can adjust, pause or cancel anytime through your account settings, by email, or call us.

Chat with us by clicking on the Messenger logo at the base of the website and we will be there in an espresso to help. To pause or cancel your subscription. Login into your account by clicking on the link below, navigate to your subscription and select the subscription you want to adjust.

Stored correctly, your coffee should 4 to 6 weeks.

To keep your coffee fresh, store your beans or ground coffee in the pouch provided.

Keep it sealed and out of any sunlight or heat.

An opaque and airtight container such a glass or metal canisters are also a suitable storage option.

Keep away from plastic containers as it draw out of the beans’ oils.

We roast our coffee daily, and often dispatch same day of roasting.

Absolutely, simply select Click & Collect as your delivery option in the Shopping Cart, and it will be ready in as little as 2 hours.

You will receive an email when your Click & Collect order is ready to collect. If ordered before midday it will be ready in as little as 2 hours.

We roast our coffee at our store on Chapel Street in Windsor.
