Tell me more about your Fair Price Promise
We only source the best coffee beans from around the world to share with you.
Our freshly roasted beans are available the following sizes:
- 250 grams
- 500 grams
- 1 kilogram
We price our coffee by the kilogram, that means if you buy 250 grams you only pay for 250 grams – no mark up for smaller sizes.
We call it Our Fair Price Policy.
Plus, you can choose to have your coffee delivered weekly, fortnightly, every 3 weeks or monthly and save 10% on every order.
How much is the cost of delivery?
Part of our Fair Price Policy, delivery charges are as follows:
- Free standard postage for all orders over $99
- $9.90 Flat Rate Australia Post
- $19.90 Flat Rate Express Post for express delivery to most areas
When will my order be sent?
We dispatch same day for orders made before midday.
For orders made after midday or on Sunday we dispatch the next day
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Under normal circumstances Australia Post aim for:
Standard Delivery:
– Melbourne/Victoria: 2–5 business days
– Interstate: 3–6 business days
> $9.90 or Free for all orders over $99
Express Post:
– Melbourne/Victoria: 1- 2 business days
– Interstate: 1- 3 business days
> $19.90
How are subscriptions charged?
We roast and ship your beans fresh on the same day for orders placed before midday, or the next day for orders placed after midday.
You will be charged again the day before your next delivery is due.
An email will be sent when the payment has been received and when your delivery is on its way.
You can adjust, pause or cancel anytime through your account settings, by email, chat or phone.
How do I adjust my subscription?
Login into your account by clicking on the link below, navigate to your subscription and select the subscription you want to adjust.
How long will the coffee last?
Stored correctly, your coffee should 4 to 6 weeks.
How do I store my coffee?
To keep your coffee fresh, store your beans or ground coffee in the pouch provided.
Keep it sealed and out of any sunlight or heat. An opaque and airtight container such a glass or metal canisters are also a suitable storage option.
Keep away from plastic containers as it draw out of the beans’ oils.
How often do you roast your coffee?
We roast our coffee daily, and often dispatch same day of roasting.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Absolutely, simply select Click & Collect as your delivery option in the Shopping Cart, and it will be ready in as little as 2 hours.
