Make these Iced Coffee Ice Creams at home in 5 easy steps
1. Brew your coffee & set aside to cool
Regardless of equipment, french press, filter coffee, espresso, brew enough to make 2 – 3 cups
2. Blend milk, cream & sugar
Mix up 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of cream & a teaspoon or more of icing sugar
3. Create your latte layer
Mix the milk mixture with 1/3 of the coffee in one jug
4. Create your espresso layer
Sweeten your coffee with a teaspoon or more of icing sugar in a second jug
5. Fill & freeze
Get creative with your layering, just remember to freeze each layer for at least 30 minutes before starting the next layer
