What makes the Honey Process so special?
With the sweetness of honey, without any honey.
Honey process starts like every regular coffee where, coffee cherries are picked and sorted, and have their skins and pulps removed, and are then dried without washing off the cherries sweet and sticky outer layer.
This gives a more rounded acidity, with honey, brown sugar sweetness and complex mouthfeel.
It’s also better for the environment using less water than a fully washed coffee.
